About: Setting-Up
After the screens are exposed and dried they are prepared for t-shirt printing. Clear tape is put around
the edges and around the image. Then they are mounted on the press in sequence from light to dark colors. For each color there is one screen and a print head.
Now Squeegees are mounted, and ink is placed on the screens and samples is printed. Now the registration process begins. Each head is aligned with the others so that each color prints precisely in its place along with others.
Once the registration is complete, we are ready to print. Sample material is removed and the actual shirts are printed.
